Keeping your husband from going astray

Posted on September 15, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Now that the Hubs has experienced stay at home life with kids and finding it not so easy, I won't be surprised if he feels like jumping ship and starts a new life somewhere else, what with a naggy wife with an ugly body. He might as well.......click to learn what next.

When all the troops are down

Posted on September 15, 2010September 15, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
In all of our 6 years of having children, the Hubs and I, we've never both been sick together before. It was almost always just me and the kids and he would be fine, or he'd be sick once in a year and that's it. We'd be fine........click to learn what next.

Eating too much in Perth

Posted on September 15, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
You would think that one only over eats in a country like Malaysia, where food is in abundance and everything tastes so good. Malaysia has good food from everywhere but funnily enough, when we were in Perth, we were fed and fed and fed!!! Till we felt new.......click to learn what next.

Removing blackheads

Posted on September 15, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Oooh.....I really cannot stand having blackheads on my face. Especially in a country where pollution is rife, blackheads are easily born on dirty faces with big pores. I mostly get them on my nose, both white heads and black heads. And I always squeeze them out. Sometimes they.......click to learn what next.

Prejudging people

Posted on September 15, 2010September 15, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Last night I slept with a sick feeling. Apart from the fact that I'm feeling under the weather, I couldn't help wondering why so many people in this world are so unnecessary? We should just hire a few tanks from the cheapest armed forces and bomb them all!.......click to learn what next.

Treating acne with care

Posted on September 15, 2010 by Mamapumpkin

Soccer vs American Football

Posted on September 13, 2010 by Mamapumpkin

Why I could never live in Perth

Posted on September 13, 2010September 8, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
I like Perth. I like it a lot. I like it for its blue skies and gorgeous, GORGEOUS blue-green-turqoise-emerald-and everything in between seas; I like it for its friendly people, the politeness, the helpfulness, the cheerfulness, the maturity, the craziness, the fun, the order, the flowers. CHANGING THE WORLD MOVEMENT

I love green

Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Now, she cleans poop and is student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others…..

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who works full time juggling several jobs – the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she gets very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intends to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women can bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

I love green

She writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others.

Her 2 girls drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7…..day after day…..and interestingly, her parents are Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she’s Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She’s thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Gotta love it.

She’d love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
