Should you bring your baby to the local coffee shop? Many coffee shops in KL are filthy at best and although you may not see it, trust me, if you sat there long enough, you would catch a glimpse of a cockroach, a fly or a rat. These are all creatures that are attracted to filth, or are very dirty in itself.
But perhaps that is why coffee shop food taste so good? Maybe? I know the prices certainly are!
Seriously though, if I can help it, I wouldn’t bring a baby to a coffee shop. Just because, the cockroach that is running around may climb and hide in her baby carrier and that could get transferred back into my car or worse, home. And I certainly won’t feed baby food from there, if I can help it, although these days, baby wants everything she sees that we eat. So best just not to attend a coffee shop in the first place!
Prevention is better than cure, if you ask me. I could really do without a bout of food poisoning!

Having said that, what makes you think the 5 star kitchen in a hotel is clean? It could be worst!
The best place, ladies and gentlemen, for babies to eat, is at home. Home cooked hygienic nutritious food.

Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.

That makes me a bad mommy! ๐
I bring my girl everywhere to eat – 5-star or not! And she enjoys it! But she is quite picky and there are certain places that she just refuses to go to, and that include some fancy places too…. *sigh…
Err… I do bring my kids everywhere. The coffeeshop had the bestest food in the world. ๐ My hubs’ worst..if he needed to use the loo, he’d bring them to the filthy toilets….and y’know what? they’re STILL ALIVE! GAH!
when my kids were small, I used to take them everywhere too.. from road side hawkers to not so high class hotels.. ๐
we’d take her everywhere but coffeeshop only after 6 months old, can sit on the filthy baby chair. Armed w lots of wet wipes.. can survive la….
Eh. Must eat a bit of filth la, then immune system better.
And yes, 5* doesn’t mean clean. When we lived in Bangkok, we ate on the streets, no problem ever. One time, we ate at the Grand Hyatt, my S1 and I had the worstest of the worst food poisoning ever!!!
