That would be me! Crazy I know. Just thinking about it stresses me out but when I start looking at the photos, I am so grateful for such an amazing life we have had….!!!
Today I spent 4 hours scouring and cleaning up photos on my phone because my new project needs some 50 relevant photos to complement it and it made me realise how many times we have flew Business Class! I was telling my business partners that it was difficult finding Business Class photos of me alone because I am usually the one taking all the photos and I am always traveling with family so it’s usually photos of my girls rather than photos of me alone. We might have to make do with photos of me and my girls which may not be a bad thing. Or perhaps I should consider hiring a professional photographer to follow me around. My new PA has not been doing much but unlikely that he’d be opened to following me around for an all day photography job.
I’ve probably spent a house on Business Class tickets to date. Another house on branded handbags and shoes. Another house on gifts. It’s a bit crazy but thank goodness I have realised that and stopped now. Not the Business Class tickets. I cannot do without Business Class anymore. My bum is too big to fit into an Economy Seat. But just imagine, had I not been so frivolous, I could have owned 3 extra properties by now. Perhaps with my new money generating machines coming soon, I probably can.
The thing is, it is so easy to just spend more when you earn more. I remember the time when I was lamenting to friends that I had RM100k worth of handbags in my closet and how regretful I was about it then, and then now I have so much more? What the hell.
This has to stoppppppppppp…….
I’d much rather go on holidays with my family than buy more handbags. I don’t even care for my handbags so am not sure why I even have them. Must’ve been stupid peer pressure. No more.
These days, I may have the opportunity to rub shoulders with the Queen, the Prime Minister, a celebrity or a famous entrepreneur (or whoever means something to you) but it would be me without makeup, in shorts, carrying a plastic bag. It would be me being authentically me. I don’t need people in my life who judge based on appearances and THAT is the beauty of having true freedom.
