For the last 5 years, I have been preaching about wellness plans and keeping your families healthy because I myself have fallen victim to health challenges which to me is a bloody freaking pain in the ass.
When your health sucks, you cannot eat freely, you have to visit the doctors regularly to check that your issues are in control, you have to pay for medical tests indefinitely, you have to consume killer meds that eventually kill your kidneys and liver, you have to waste so much time doing all this and still, you have to endure the symptoms of pain and whatever symptoms come with your health weakness. Is it worth it?
Hell, no. Not in my life. If I had been better educated about the intricacies of the body much earlier, I would not be where I am today but since shit happened, I will make the best of it and try to reverse everything. I am sure it is possible.
One thing we are so blessed with are oils. Yes, pure unadulterated essential oils from plants. They are SO PRECIOUS right now with the CoronaVirus and what’s happening in the world!!! We are blessed because we have been oiling regularly and have a shield to protect us from bacteria and viruses and I am so thankful for that. My oil family, I am so thankful that they are all protected as well. Only the lazy ones who do not love themselves enough to actually use the oils will be at risk. I feel sad for them but what more can I do? We can bring a horse to water but we cannot make it drink. I have already seen so many suffering because of lack of intellectual capacity, lack of care, low self esteem, arrogance, stubbornness……sigh. I guess we cannot help everyone if they refuse to take time to research things for themselves.
MCO, what have we been up to? Unpacking boxes in the new house that’s what! We had 100 boxes to unpack and now we are down to the last 10. Somehow these last 10 aren’t moving because we have actually run out of storage space in the house and have no more cupboards and shelves to place books so we will just have to wait till MCO is over. Same thing for my new stove. Thankfully I got an induction stove for the kids on top of the gas stove or we’d be REALLY stuck not being able to cook at the new home!
Every night, I am just praying for MCO and Covid-19 to die and be over. I hope the world learns from this lesson that you need to prepare yourselves before unexpected disaster happens. It is common sense but unfortunately we live in a world where people don’t use their brains enough to inquire and enquire. C’est la vie.
