I preach how important it is to save but I’m not very good at saving. I’m convinced this is a hard habit to break, my non-saving habits, but unless one is taught from early on, the importance of saving, it is very hard to learn how to be a squirrel at this late age. Fret not dearest husband, Tee is being taught this lesson.
There are many people here who earn less than two thousand dollars a month and we wonder how they survive! Let’s not even talk about those who earn less than a thousand. Some have many children yet are still thriving. It cannot be easy at all as the cost of living in the city escalates each day. I truly feel for them, especially those families who are living hand to mouth (I’ve been there) and are faced with dire straits whenever an emergency cost arrives. Like a hospital bill or a fine or something that just wasn’t budgetted for, in any case, they wouldn’t have had the budget for it ANYWAY.
