The Hubs has long complained since the day he met me that I couldn’t focus. At work, I’d have several windows on my PC open and I’d flit from window to window. When I read, I read all 5 books at once and can remember where I am with each one. When I take on a task like cooking, I have to do something else, like fold the clothes. To me, it’s multi-tasking. To him, it’s not being able to focus.

For me these days, whilst I work, I’m always flitting into facebook and shopping websites and what have you, because well, work……..who wants to work??! But I love my work! So what is the problem?

I just wrote an article about teenagers not being able to focus and here I am very much NOT a teenager but still not being able to focus. The Hubs has threatened me several times that he’d set up our computers at home so that I wouldn’t be able to access all these time thieves such as facebook and twitter AND shopping……..

And honestly? If he removed them, I’d probably get a lot more done in less time.

Who am I trying to kid?

I’d be watching TV or eating a cookie instead. I might even get onto that treadmill!

For BREAKS…….we all need breaks, don’t you agree?
