All of you must think I’m bonkers for discussing hormones with my three year old but those of you who have been following this blog since she was a lot younger will know that Tee, is one of a kind. She demanded to know about periods long before hitting three.
So.
Just so we’re clear.
I have not been discussing hormones with my little one.
I was looking through a medical journal whilst waiting for a Doctor with Debs, my friend, who commented when she pointed at a KY Jelly advertorial,
“People who need that…..something must be wrong in their relationship.”
I gave her a frown.
“Isn’t it? You should be able to get wet naturally what…….without artificial means.” She reinforced her point.
My voice could no longer stay in thus escaped with a shrill (in front of Tee too), “That’s not true!!!” (which is probably when Tee’s ears would have perked up too, on hindsight)
Now whilst I’ve never ventured into KY city, I certainly don’t believe for a second that it was designed for frigid women!!! So I started suggesting to Debs that KY is used for many reasons including women who are going through menopause, women who are lacking in progesterone and for women who just want to, FOR KINKINESS SAKE!!!
