Tee has a Halloween party today, a Malaysian one whereby the kids will go from room to room in a big house for their trick or treating rather than go from house to house. It’s too dangerous here to go from house to house especially at that age. Besides, what do you think we’re going to be greeted with if we were to attempt it? A big slam on the door, I’ll bet! Or more likely, the door wouldn’t even be answered. Ok, I’m the cynic here. At worst, they’d throw some rotten tomatoes at us, aarrrgghhhhh!!!
So as usual, Mommy has left things to the last minute and we’re now in a mad rush to get Tee’s Halloween costume together. She wants to be a witch from her Julia Donaldson book Room on the Broom. We got her a black cloak from Memory Lane that didn’t cost too much and decided against the witch’s hat because what are the chance that a toddler would wear her hat from start to end? To pay for a hat just for a photo opportunity? I’ll pass.
We cut out some black nails from an old magazine cover and taped some double sided tape on one side. She looks dreaded evil with those long black nails! I rounded the edges so she wouldn’t poke anyone *wink*. Then I had to cut her cloak shorter following the zig-zag pattern it came with. My Tee is the little shorty and a long cloak would only send her tumbling to witch pancake. Not very sexy when there is a prize for best dressed Halloween costume.
I had to sharpen her face painting crayons because she wanted to have a nasty face so she could scare the other kids. Let’s hope we don’t cause any heart attacks. I drew bats and her name on her little pumpkin basket and tied a Christmas streamer on the handle. So she could identify her own pumpkin. We also have black flair pants and a black T-shirt so my little witch will really be a witch of darkness. With that, she has her black toy mop and a magic wand to go. Voila!
Later, I shall teach her some tricks in case she doesn’t get a treat from any of the doors she opens *smile*
Well, let’s see how the party goes. I’ll post photos later. For sure!

Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.
