This last week, I have been spending a LOT of time in front of my laptop so much so that Tee has begged for my attention. She tells me, “Look at the TV scween with me, Mommy!!” Then she takes her two little hands to twist my head so it faces the TV screen. Or she would ask me to play with her. Or say she wants to paint but talks to me NON-STOP whilst she is painting and checks regularly that I’m watching her paint. And shows off every stroke as she paints. *sigh*

I know. I know. It’s time for me to pay her some attention. *guilty*

These last few days too, she has been crying whenever I drop her off at school. She clings onto me like baby koala and refuses to release her grip on me. It feels like starting school all over again! *sigh* Her teacher says that after I leave her class, she continues crying for about two to three minutes, then stops and starts playing as normal. In fact, the teacher said that when she asked Tee if she was doing a drama cry, Tee actually smiled a second and went back to her bawling.

I will make it up to her this weekend. After all we have a whole day of parties on Saturday, from dusk till dawn. No kidding. THREE parties with a Mandarin Edudrama class in between. I am going to feel like a pumpkin when Sunday arrives. But I will talk all day to Tee and do whatever she wants to do. Together!

But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
