T1’s first Art Competition

The Mexican Embassy recently invited T1’s school to enter an international art competition about Mexican Food. One of her favourite subjects is Art so needless to say, she really, REALLY wanted to participate in the competition. The end result is not near enough to Picasso but I absolutely take my hat off to T1 for sitting at the dining table for 2 whole days and 1 night to complete her masterpiece.

Her determination was remarkable for a 6.5 year old and I’ve now learned that the attention span can STRETCH if it is to do with something she wants to do. I kid you not, she started on Friday night with research and ideas and started sketching it out on Saturday morning and sat all throughout Saturday (apart from a short break for TaeKwonDo) and Sunday (skipped Soccer), ONLY stopping for meals and her shower and toilet breaks. She did not watch TV, she did not play her toys, she did play with her sister but only for a bit. She was THAT determined to get it completed as she knew the deadline was on Monday. I had no part in it whatsoever………swear to God.

I didn’t push her, I didn’t question, I only encouraged and gave my comments whenever she asked. I mean, what’s the point of ‘cheating’, right? You’re only lying to yourself……….

So here, I present to you, T1’s first art piece for an international competition. Wish her luck!!!

Title: Malaysians selling Mexican Food to Raise Funds for the Malaysian Orphanage Landslide Victims (and this idea of hers came whilst I was watching the news about it!)

The colourful banner above is actually a canopy roof – LOL, and have you noticed that each girl has a different Malaysian costume? I thought that was awesome – One Malaysia! LOL, and her Avocados are spelt wrongly and look more like pears, LOL, and look at her corn on the left? They look like ACORNS!!! rather than jagung……and I really couldn’t understand why there was a brown floor when there was already a green floor. That big green blob on the right is a cactus……..BLESS HER. What a GREAT effort. I am so proud of her.

The best part of this exercise was that T1 sat and read her World Book to learn about Mexico and she scoured the net to look for Mexican food and what they looked like; and now, she is enriched with some foreign culture and can tell you quite a bit about Mexico! She even knows their currency and how to draw the flag and what those big hats are called and the different kinds of food available in Mexico etc. Seriously? She knows more about Mexico than I do now. Seriously.

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.

Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.

A beautiful life without limits.

If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.
Show your support and spread the love!
