I have a new addiction. Instead of reading to bed every night, I now play bloody Herd-A-Word on Facebook where I have to make long-long-long words in order to win. It’s so addictive that I have toothpicks stored by my bed to hold my eyelids open at night just to keep going. My hands tremble when sutting down my laptop when my eyes can no longer see (everything turns blurry) and that’s when I know it’s really time for bed.

I checked out Yoga Zone in Plaza Damas today. Myoga at the Gardens doesn’t have as many classes nor qualified teachers from what I’ve been hearing from my yoga tutor and friends. I’ve been doing my research…..and then literally, five minutes ago, I found my old yoga teacher, Vincent, who’s opened his own studio called Jiva Yoga so I think that’s where I’ll be heading. At least I know I’ll be well taken care off and he’s really, really good.

Spent the day at KLCC – a lovely day might I add as my beloved brother babysat Tee all day, for a whole 4 hours. NON-STOP in KLCC. She didn’t bug me for a second. Not even for a nano second. Brother, you are so damn good!!!!!!

I had a very good neck and shoulder massage by a cute Chinese boy/man that cost me RM78 for the hour. Of course, I gave him a red packet. He was from China……and so cute!

I’m off to play my Herd-A-Word now!
