Several months ago, my Mother told me to give her all my gold jewellery that I no longer wanted so she could help me sell it. Apparently gold prices were at an all time high at 65.00 per gram. Furthermore, her friend could get her better prices than her usual jewellers so I went digging into my gold collection but couldn’t find much that I didn’t want so I gave her some of Tee’s old bracelets that she could no longer wear.

Imagine my surprise when the lady at my mom’s regular jewellery shop told me that gold prices were now at an all time high of 99.00!!! I’m telling you, if you have gold, now’s the time to sell!!!

Otherwise, wait till the prices drop again. Then buy and keep. My mother always said, if you want to invest, invest in gold. Not diamonds, not silver, not coloured stones. Buy gold.

Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture.
