I went to Poh Kong BSC 2 weeks ago to custom make a baby full moon present. I’m not a jewellery person. The only kind of jewellery I’m interested in is :

Yeah, baybeh. A 3 carat diamond solitaire is what my ring finger is awaiting.

I read online that Scarlett Johansson had a 3 carat ring for her engagement but it cost USD30,000. That’s cheap though for a 3 carat ring?? I wonder, are diamonds cheaper in the US??? The 3 carat I want here in KL costs quarter of a million. *gulp* I guess I’m going to have to wait long-long……

*turns to look at the Hubs with one raised eyebrow*

Back to Poh Kong BSC, I wanted to get an engraved bracelet for baby and the guy said they didn’t do custom made stuff. HUH??? WTF!!!

A few years back, I used to go to that same Poh Kong BSC shop with a certain Puan Sri friend just as accompaniment and she would change her rings back and forth to all sorts of designs she wanted and they would accommodate her. When did they change their policy on not doing custom made jewellery any more??? Do you think they were pulling my leg because I was dressed in my gym gear looking like a harassed Mom with T2 around my leg?

So since Poh Kong BSC won’t entertain my requests (and so they will definitely not be getting the sale of my 3 carat ring one day), where else can I custom make jewellery, ladies???
