Neighbourhood Playgrounds in Perth

Every time we go to Perth, we’d hit several playgrounds because there is not only so MANY of them, they are EVERYWHERE. Playgrounds in Perth are like Datuks in KL, every left or right turn, you’ll hit one *wink*

On the day of our arrival, we hit the nearest playground immediately. Mind you, there were 3 nearest playgrounds. Yup. It only depended on which direction we wanted to walk because whichever direction we took, there’d be a playground a five minute walk away. This is Scarborough, near the sea, for your reference.

The lovely thing about playgrounds in Perth, and we visited at least 10 different playgrounds, is that they are all well maintained. At an immediate glance, you would notice the BIG DIFFERENCE between a Malaysian playground and an AUSTRALIAN playground. Shame on you, Malaysia. OK, go on then…..blame it on the rain.

Not only that, Aussie playgrounds are safe! There is no screw sticking out, rusty surfaces or acrobatic haphazard playground equipment half broken, certainly nothing of danger. At all.

See how happy my baby was one Day One?

She hadn’t even changed out of her Air Asia clothes!!!

Liking the swing big time!

Hey, Che-Che!!! Look here!!!

Che-Che doing her Justin Bieber moves on crisp, white sand….

And T2 doing her Mike Tyson snarl…..

Didn’t that look like a Mike Tyson snarl???

Mommy and Baby…..brrr…..cold!

Finally, Mommy could no longer carry baby and left her to eat sand.

On an evening when the sun was saying it’s subtle goodbyes…..

And the clouds greeted us profoundly…..

My daughter sang the Negaraku in Australian, of course…..

Then began her climb to success…..

Almost there….

And made it, of course! Victory!!!

Swinging in danger with confidence thereafter…..

Even more swinging…..

Of course, T2 had to have a swinging ride with Mommy for some bigger swinging moves too before we headed back…..

And look! On our way back just outside our house, was real LAVENDER!!! We could smell it and T1 LOVED it!!! She said it smelt just like her L’Occitane soap!

More curiosity as we headed home to see what the rest were up to, if Daddy had had enough of a nap……

Not forgetting to POSE just outside the house…..

T2 included…..

And look again! Blackberries in our garden!!! Real ones!!!

So now you know why we want to move to Perth…….for these simple pleasures.

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.

A beautiful life without limits.

If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.
Show your support and spread the love!

  1. Your pictures reminded me of my student time in Perth. Cool weather. Friendly people. A simple, yet contented life. Ahh…I’d do anything to go back there.

  2. OH YES!!!!!!
Near my aunt’s place there are 2 BIG fields. My 2 boys (the big and small) love them so much and started playing boomerang once the big one bought from Target the next day we arrived!

Love the looks on your girls playing… priceless!!!

I think if we have such weather and playgrounds here, our life will be less harsh hor? LOL

OK… I gotta be patient as these playgrounds and the beautiful weathers are getting closer… hiaks! *o*

  4. You know, ever since I picked you up that night, I’ve met 2 other people who lives on that street! One who is already there, and another moving in when they tear the existing house there to build their mansion. And before I went to pick you up, I had NO IDEA where it was haha..and its apparently in my neighbourhood!…hey, playgrounds here are not all that great all the time. Sure the sand is white but if you go to populated areas, be careful, very careful of letting your kids run around barefoot in the sand. I love my parks and playgrounds. Most definitely.
