Being a full-time Mom is a demanding chore. If I’d known how demanding exactly, I’d have been happy continuing my fabulous life sipping pina coladas in my white bikini atop a 72 foot Catamaran. No, I kid. Tee is great and I wouldn’t trade her for anything. Really.
I wanted to do something productive this year, apart from bring up a monkey of course, like have an online education of some sort. I did some research and found an accredited online university called Capella University. Very interesting.
I decided on yoga. Yes. This year, I am going to learn the art of yoga for life. So I can be the master of my own health. So I can wake up every morning and practise my own yoga, be in line with the Universe. I’ve started and it’s not easy. It’s like learning a whole new language but the good part is that I actually have to use my brain in another context (yes, child minding requires brains! A LOT of it actually!!!) and I have to do the poses, which helps my body. Let’s see how far I get. *smile*

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
