One of the things that I am working on is to change my lifestyle. Actually right now, my head is working, not so much the body yet. With exercise, with healthy food, with spending habits, with time management, with patience, with kindness and giving. I’m perfect in every other way. It is a huge uphill task at hand but at least I have the right frame of mind to want to do it.
Right at the top of the list would be my weight. It hasn’t budged since Tee was still that big, heavy sack of potatoes inside me. Yeah, that’s worrying. I could still be nine months pregnant.
An automatic calorie counter to complement my food diary with an alarm button SHOUTING 500 Decibals LOUD the moment it senses dessert or anything that goes beyond my daily quota of calories, would be ingenius. You know how you jump whenever your phone blasts out loud when you’re in a bank because you forgot to switch off the OUTDOOR mode?
That’s exactly what I need.

But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
