Many people think, oh I never keep to my resolutions anyway so why bother making them. Then there are those who adopt the attitude of why make them at the end of the year when you can make a change anytime. All fair and good as long as you make that change, mister!
I, for one, LOVE the fourth quarter of the year because it’s holiday time, it’s the close of a year and the beginning of another, a time for growth and reflection. And it’s when most people make BABIES!!! Haven’t you noticed? If you have kids, that most of your children’s birthday parties are concentrated nine months after Q4???
Usually in Q4, we do a little traveling and if we go to Australia, we always make a mega stop for some Target deals, because it is like the Vincci of Australia. Shopping for Tee is a must and usually the only person that ends up getting nothing is the Hubs, because after all our shopping, there is almost nothing left for him. He doesn’t mind, of course, but if only we’d discovered the art of online shopping with super deals, the Hubs could shop at the Gap with some Gap coupons at discounted rates. Well, never too late!
Also in Q4, we’d spend time with loved ones to celebrate the good times, celebrate our existence, celebrate with love and lots and lots of laughter. That’s what life is all about. Family, friendship and laughter. And as for resolutions? I have some…….
But I’ll share them with you after Christmas.
