*gulp*
Not with my period.
I’m late in wishing you a very Merry Christmas!
MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS!!!
Well, was it merry???
The reason I’ve been MIA is because I couldn’t login into my own blog these past 2 weeks. I’d contacted my web host etc etc etc and to cut a long story short, it turns out Mozilla Firefox has something missing that is not allowing me to login so I’m now blogging through Internet Explorer, which I really don’t like doing.
Christmas was superb as it was the first time we spent Christmas with just our immediate family. Tee said it was the best Christmas she ever had, not because she got so many great presents but because it was spent with her family only, no outsiders. I automatically assumed that she loved Xmas this year because of her presents, but she keeps insisting that it isn’t. T2 hardly recieved any presents, 0.0001% compared to her sister!
To Santa this year, Tee wrote a letter asking for:-
1. 1 unit Nintendo DSi – black colour with in-built camera (influence from boyfriend)
2. A beautiful photo of herself and her sister (Awww….)
3. 1 unit Dell laptop (WHAT??!!!!)
4. A photo of her and her boyfriend AND her boyfriend’s brother (???)
5. A book called Blossom and Boo, a story about best friends (which incidentally costs a few hundred dollars, WTF?)
6. The sequel to Blossom and Boo, a story about bedtime (also very expensive, WTF? Were these books written in gold ink or something???)
7. More Ben 10 toys (again, influence from boy friends)
8. New paint sets, as she uses up lots of paint. She specified the exact brand of the paints (as she knows which are good and which are lousy) but I can’t for the life of me remember what they are. She’s very specific, my girl. For example, on her birthday, she requested for some markers and said they had to be CRAYOLA markers or don’t bother buying the other brand as they are lousy and a waste of money! Now what do you say to that?
9. Some boobs for her sister (So sweet…….she included her sister in her Santa list)
10. More books
What did she get? 1, 2, 4, 7, 10 and I believe items 5 and 6 are in the post from London. She keeps saying, “I must have been a really good girl, Mom! I’m going to be even a better girl next year!”
She HAS been a really good girl and she deserved it all. She has put up with 4 months of a grumpy, screaming mother who gave her no attention this year, sometimes even no food! My pregnancy was so bad that I would leave out water and cookies and left her to her own devices whilst I passed out and puked, repetitively. Then she’s had to deal with the new arrival of her sister and she’s done that with such grace of which I am so incredibly proud of her. And still, she has excelled in her school work and has turned out a nicer person, as a result of the school’s hard work. Tee has achieved a lot this year. And although it is really her Nana who became Santa this year, I for once, backed up Nana’s purchases in full approval.
This Christmas saw Tee performing a simple story telling session for the family and a Christmas dance which she choreographed so well the night before but failed to deliver the actual product on Christmas Eve due to nervousness. She told us the story of Christmas well though and I learnt that she had learnt it from school plus from reading several books around the house. And because she wanted chicken rice, Mom laboriously cooked us a splendid Hainanese Chicken Rice with the full works of the authentic chilli blend and the secret recipe of chicken! Wow! No sharing of recipe here. Even I don’t know the recipe! It is from Mom’s friend who used to do chicken rice as a business. It was GREAT. We loved it!!!
Then, on Christmas Day, of course we had the usual Devil’s Curry, Chilli Chicken, Crab Curry, Sugee Cake etc etc etc……..
I am so FULL that I’ve pooped 23 times since Christmas Eve.
**************************************************************************Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.
Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.
