In a desperate attempt to shape up before we fly back to Kota Bharu next week, I have been kicking myself out of bed at 7.45am every morning and rushing T2 and myself to exercise class every single morning! This usually leaves me lobster red faced (and achy everywhere) but man, it feels sooooooo good to be fit! Despite how large I am, I am still bloody fit considering I have not exercised very much in the last 4 years. Fellow classmates and even the fitness instructor commended my stamina on keeping up with the rest. *pat myself on the back*

The goal is to lose 10 kilos this year. Having said that, I indulged in 2 cupcakes yesterday, with 2 inch high butter cream icing. *kick myself in the arse*

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
