Contrary to what you would imagine, Hong Kong Disneyland (HKD) is the smallest Disneyland in the world and perfect for toddlers. Little Tee went on every single ride except for one – the Space Mountain. It is sooooooo toddler friendly, all the rides, and so, if you have a child of a young age and feel they wouldn’t appreciate HKD, you are wrong. Because Tee LOVED it.
Heads up, you start paying the entrance fee of RM160 once the child hits 3 but they didn’t check. Dozens and dozens of good quality strollers for rent. Stay for the Magical Fireworks just before closing time, well worth the wait. And recommended stay at the Disneyland Hotels so you won’t have to travel far after the fireworks. Because by then, your legs would have fallen off and walking to the Mickey Mouse train is not a novelty no more.

THEN, you purchase your tickets and claim your first Disneyland souvenir.

And so the fun begins with RM25-50 balloons! You’d be hard pressed to resist an eager toddler speaking out vocally how she would just die if she hadn’t one of those. Then wait till you get into the Disneyland retail shops once you’ve finished the rides…………*smile*
