This morning, despite a 2 hour massage over the weekend and lots of caught up sleep as well, I felt REALLY sluggish. Was it because I didn’t have enough sleep? No…..Was it because I was coming down with a flu? No…..Was it because that time of the month was approaching? No…..

In the end, I found out why I had to SLEEP all day because I just felt SO TIRED!!! It turns out I had a lot of toxic waste in my bowels and THAT, ladies and gentlemen, was the cause of my extreme lethargy. Once it was out, I bounced back to normality. And because I’ve slept all day, I now am the insomniac. I need a natural sleep aid to help me back to bed. Bah.

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
