Hello from Kelantan!

Last night, my baby T2 slept through a whole 12 hours……she’s been averaging 10-12 hours straight.

PINCH ME, PLEASE SOMEBODY!!!!

In just these few days that I’ve been here in Kelantan, I feel blessed. I’ve done nothing but eaaaaaaaatttttttt, sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeppppp and eaaaaaaaaaaaattttttt some more. And I’ve not had to entertain any kids, nor bathe them nor feed them nor even TALK to them if I wanted to. And if that isn’t already good enough, life just has been good. Plain, and simply good. It doesn’t take a lot to make me happy, although I’m sure my husband begs to differ. But that is why I married him – he is the yin of my yang.

Nasi Dagang, Mee Siam, Laksam Kelantan, Fresh Delicious Fruit from Ama’s Orchard, Pulut Bakar, Ama’s famous Apple Pie, Chocolate Cake, Jelly Sponge Cake, Roti Jala, Roti Canai, Satay Kelantan, Ikan Bakar, daily home cooked food from Ama’s kitchen……..need I say more?

T1’s school called us whilst we were here to inform us of some happy news.

T1 learnt to ride a bicycle finally (because we don’t have a garden in KL) WITHOUT training wheels in less than an hour. She’s a natural, like her mother. I’m telling you, T1 is following my footsteps and I can already see which areas her strengths lie in. She’s going to be a sprinter, a gymnast and a swimmer; although if I can help it, I won’t be encouraging the State Level competitions……waste of time.

T2 got her 1st tricycle. She tries so hard to be like her Che-Che! And was so proud that she got one of those moving vehicles just like her Che-Che.

I got to read three books. THREE!!! That’s more than I have in the last 7 years. Well, it felt like it…..although probably not true.

My in-laws are really SPOILING my two girls and the girls are having a SUPER GALA TIME!!!

T2 is allowed to do anything, and I mean ANYTHING she wants. Even stand on the lazy Susan on the dining table to do a little dance……

T1 lost her first tooth. Funnily, it wasn’t any of the top teeth. It came from below. I told her to save it for KL because the Tooth Fairy was on holiday. She obliged……*grins*

I’ve discovered that T2 CAN survive and live without BARNEY. There goes BARNEY. I’m going to KILL you when I get back to KL. The day all BARNEY paraphernalia disappear from my home will be a day to celebrate.

My Blackberry died. Which meant nobody could contact me for a few hours. I’ve always dreamt it, being completely detached from the world. It’s fixed now but I’ve lost all my phone numbers (not so cool). *update – Genius Husband has fixed it*

I’ve been eating a lot of chocolate. A LOT…..I told the Hubs that it is because he has been unable to satisfy me after a long day with the kids and thus chocolate becomes my late night friend. Of course, he knows better that I’d choose chocolate over him any day. Unless, of course, he poured chocolate over himself, then I would seriously reconsider. (this is obviously a past 40 year old experiencing mid-life crisis woman talking). Seriously, when was the last time you got kinky? Me? It must have been at least, at LEAST…..more than 7 years ago. And it didn’t involve a photocopy machine (only one person would get this).

My bum is expanding fast accordingly (not cool).

It has been a real holiday for me.

Thank you, my darling husband chocolate. Thank you, my dearest in-laws.

Unfortunately, T1 is already counting the days before we return because she does not want to go home. The girls are really so, SO happy here. I think it’s the space. They have SO MUCH SPACE to run around freely. Mommy is much more relaxed (because she doesn’t have to cook and clean!) and Daddy is around everyday for play, plus Ama and Kong-Kong are there as back up. Who would want to leave Kelantan paradise to reality when all this gets taken away?

But because I am an adult, I can commiserate and bounce back, for what is joy when there is no down time?

Try explaining that to an almost seven year old.

*tears*

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.

Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.

A beautiful life without limits.

If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.
Show your support and spread the love!
