Have you been there yet? It is one of our new hangouts in KLCC, bye-bye Chinoz, as we get a discount there AND there is a smoking area outside on the balcony for Mom…..and we love the fact that it is quintessentially English. The desserts are good, make sure you order those from the kitchen not the cake counter, they’re better from the kitchen. And of course, their tea is heavenly.

Privacy is limited as they have such a small space that tables are very close to one another so unless you want the next table to listen in on your very private conversations, the focus is to go there for their F&B. There are Harrods paraphernalia and food for sale too, like tea, cookies, deli delights and jams and lots of gorgeous Harrods bags and teddy bears.

Another lovely trait is that they have their own internal washrooms. I love that.

Just so you know, it cost a bomb to fit-out and design the space as the original Harrods architect from England had to be involved AND their rental at KLCC is exorbitant. We’re talking, you can buy a property with their monthly rental. Go check it out. It’s a nice, quiet, posh setting; perfect for afternoon tea with your girlfriends ?

My only gripe is that a lot of Mak-Datins like to hang out there too, just to see and be seen *roll eyeballs*

Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture.
