Uhuh! This is it. The house that I am dreaming to live in right now. I don’t ask for much. I’m sorry you can’t see good pictures of it because I only had my handphone camera that day. But *sigh* we first need to compare loans from various financial institutions and then after getting some secured loans and some personal loans, then maybe…….just maybe…….would we be able to sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

The living room looks out into a koi pond which we will cover up with grass or tiles because we can’t be bothered to maintain a pond. That’s a lot of work!

The kitchen has all built-ins and appliances included and lots of cupboard space. On the left wall, it’s floor to ceiling cupboard space and more cupboard space on both sides of the island. Granite worktops and Teka appliances (not the best but we can live with it; fridge, microwave, stove, hood etc), even the taps were included. Better than Grohe!

Because the masterbedroom looks out onto the houses opposite, the developer has added in screens to block that view. The better views are from the back of the house. The masterbedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, as most masterbedrooms these days and a lovely bathroom.
