Ever since the Fit For 2 Cafe was conceived when I was first 7 months pregnant with T1, we’d been already attending classes at the Mont Kiara International School back in the day. T1 has friends who were still in their Momma’s bellies when they met! Heh – I have a similar experience.

Then as T1 grew and I was a fresh new PASSIONATE Stay-At-Home-Mom, we attended Fit For 2 in a shop house in Bangsar. There, we met even more childhood baby friends – some of whom are friends for life all over the world now.

Now that T2 is 2+ years old, I’m back at Fit For 2 again. Why? It’s the only place where babies and toddlers are allowed into an exercise class, that’s why! Greatest thing ever!

Whenever we go, T2 will be busy with the equipment and she’d try following our exercise steps. The above pic was taken after class had ended or you’d have seen her in sync with the rest of us. Too cute. I don’t know why but she’s never interested in that huge toy box that they have. Maybe it’s because she already has so many toys at home and is more keen on real life stuff, just like Mama……she wants to be just like Mama.

If you’re pregnant or if you have young children but want to stay FIT and slim and strong, but kids get in the way of your chance to exercise, give Fit For 2 a shot. I know many ladies who’ve gone regularly and SHRUNK to slimness. Now, if only I had the time to go more often!
