That is exactly what I have been doing but for some reason, the scales do not seem to budge. Today, a really good friend, the Health Freak Mommy, cooked me some lunch and I was SO, SO grateful because honestly, I hardly ever eat lunch everyday as I am just too busy dealing with the baby and the other household demands that eating lunch is the last priority on my mind. But when I do get a free lunch, oh, how I do appreciate and SAVOUR it indeed!!! I have some friends who occasionally cook me lunch and man, I just cannot tell you how grateful I am when that happens. Otherwise, I’m just eating nothing till dinner or on bad days, I’ll have a packet of instant noodles. So I really don’t understand why I cannot lose weight when I am eating so little? Perhaps I need to start looking into www.dietsthatwork.net to see what the problem is and find a solution that would really work!
