One of our plans for holidays in the United States is to make a road trip across California state. We have a few friends along the coast and it would be great to have a relaxing drive to visit our life long friends once and for all. We keep talking about it and they keep coming home to visit us and family but we’ve never as a family gone there to visit them. One of the reasons is that it is much more costly for us to go there than it is for them to come back. And besides, it isn’t so fun making lost distance travel with kids! They are all still single!!!
Unfortunately, we will need at least a month again, maybe even more for this type of holiday. After all, we already spent a month in New York and Orlando alone! But the plan is to rent a Honda Civic as it is a car that is reliable and one we’re used to, then drive from San Francisco all the way down past Los Angeles to San Diego and if by any chance, we need to, we shall visit the Los Angeles auto repair to make sure the car is still good before continuing our journey down towards Mexico.
It will be a fun filled trip for sure what with all the junk food that will come along with it, hot dogs, burgers and pancakes along the coast of America. Surely, my girls will have a blast. Let’s just hope we shan’t have any car problems such as the head gasket bursting or a tire split! Looking forward to the trip nevertheless!
