The first thing we did on our first morning in Cameron Highlands after a sumptuous breakfast was to WALK IT OFF!!! Actually, we also had a night stroll on our first night after dinner but it was nothing compared to this morning walk that we braved 2km up a steep hill where the Shell Bungalow was located. I used to holiday at the Shell Bungalow many yonks ago…..good times.
Not even a hundred meters up the hill, Tok-Tok began grumbling about Malaysians and how they litter with little regard towards our environment. That’s Tok-Tok for you. If you send him to the beach, he’d spend the entire afternoon picking up trash off the beach and if you send him to the mountains, he does the same thing. I suggested that we walk up the hill first and then we could collect trash on the way down because no point carrying trash all the way up and all the way back down again.
After a tiring 2km walk, which seemed endless for a large pregnant lady, Tok-Tok had a grand idea and asked the strawberry people to give us a few small plastic bags as gloves and a large garbage bag for putting all the trash in. And so began our ‘gotong-royong’ adventure.
The kids had a ball!!!!!!!!! They thought it was such a fun game and the adults steered traffic. Whenever an oncoming car came near, there’d be loads of shouts and the kids were ordered to stay still. Tee’s boyfriend was initially really upset because he hadn’t gotten a plastic bag glove so his Mom went to get him one. I can’t tell you how much fun they had picking up rubbish, and you’d be AMAZED how much rubbish there is along just one hill.
The ‘gotong-royong’ team picking up trash – 4 kids, 1 team leader, 4 traffic controllers and Nana, who kept threatening Tok-Tok that she was going to report him for child labour.
The beautiful Nana, so tickled that Tok-Tok made the children work.
Last but not least, a group photo of the’gotong-royong’ team. See how big the garbage bag is??? It was filled with paper packet drinks, empty cigarette packs, plastic bags of all sizes, condoms, gosh……you name it. The kids picked it all and thank goodness, they had their plastic bag gloves tied around their hands!!!

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
