As a result of yesterday’s world music dance class, I crashed for a whole FOUR hours from 3pm to 7pm. That is LONG…….Usually, if I take an afternoon nap, it is an hour but with such a heavy workout, my body was SO…………….tired, and even if you offered me a million bucks to get out of bed, I would have showed you the finger. I kept playing all those things in my mind, all the what ifs, and decided that there was absolutely nothing that was going to stop me from closing my eyes and resting the body.
Thankfully, yesterday was Friday and I was at my Mom’s house so she took care of Tee. Bless her. SHE was as exhausted as I was when I finally got out of slumber! Tee is one psycho kid. Apparently she kep running round and round my Mom’s living room saying, “Look Nana, I have LOTS of energy!!!”
Err…..please don’t state the obvious.

And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
