Now that we’re back from Chiang Mai, I’ve sworn to get onto that running mode on the treadmill – double time!!! Well, that is after my sore throat and flu clears. One mistake we did in Chiang Mai was not paying attention to our hot and cold balance. We kept eating everything spicy and not drink enough coconut juice. Those who did are fine, those who didn’t are all down with a sore throat and the flu. Blek.
Anyway, I went in search for some sports bras today since nursing bras can barely hold my boobs up and if I keep using them for running purposes, I’ll really have my boobs on the floor in a year. The Hubs suggested I used TWO bras for extra support? See how much he wishes to save his money? The best bra I found was from Nike (I did the Nike bra test and the Rebel was perfect for me) but at a whopping cost of RM189. The 2nd best was from Marks and Spencers at RM129 and the next best, at RM149 was from Triumph (and this really didn’t look like it’d work good although the sales girl claimed it really would) plus it was only for medium impact and I needed HIGH impact. Just imagine an elephant jumping/running, would that be low, medium or high impact??? Well, I’m glad I got my physics down to a pat at A-Levels.
RM60 more for a super-powered bra and I was planning to get at least two pairs because my laundry turnover isn’t that speedy. Pricey, huh? How much do I love my boobs anyway??? Would you pay RM189 for a very good sports bra to preserve your already hanging to waist boobs?
**************************************************************************Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.
Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.

I’ve got the one from Triumph. It’s good enough for since, well I’m not as well-endowed as *ahem* you š
I’m just hoping to “perk” these dangly friends of mine through some plastic surgery in Thailand! Hello boobies!!! Honestly the breastfeeding is NOT helping!…Having said that, yes I would spend money on good bra support. Whatever it is your breasts are important to you, eventhough its only yourself and hubby (and T2) who gets to see it…(T2 wouldn’t know any different!)
I would suggest an Enell Sports Bra for high impact use. They eliminate the bounce and the need to wear two sports bras. Worth every penny! On sale at: http://www.onesweetone.com
