Hrrmmph……I have always had this fear in KL, especially with the state of corruption in our lovely land. And ESPECIALLY since I was in the construction industry, and KNOW exactly how contractors cheat and take short cuts. It’s all about making money. Not safety. And it’s a lot more blatant than I’ll have you know.
So everytime I have to drive under a highway bridge, it’s either an accelerator flooring exercise, brooooom!….. or I stop either before, or after, the impending bridge drop from above.
So if you see a mad driver that’s not driving forward even though there is a gap in space behind the next car to move forward, look up to see if there is a highway bridge above.
Chances are, it’s me causing those horns.
Don’t play, play in Malaysia. But then again, it happened here.
I love my life and have so much still to do, so I don’t want to risk being six feet under so soon.
I thought of making this an apology if I have upset anyone on the road BUT honestly, if the car is stopped in front, how is my going another 10 metres ahead going to help you get to your destination faster? Yeesh……..Malaysian drivers.
