Well so much for TM Unifi!!! I haven’t had internet access since Thursday (almost 6 whole days now!!!) and guess what? Nobody from their team can solve the problem. We have called and called and put on hold with the longest being 15 minutes till we hung up because the baby started crying. We have a report number and when we call back to check, we are told that our case has been ESCALATED to their Tier Two Urgency Team. What the hell? Please don’t tell me you have 100 tiers of protocol because I would just go and cut every single cable there is in Kuala Lumpur!!! With the first being all the cables directing to Putrajaya and then to my dearest PM’s house (who incidentally just contracted chicken pox and will have some extra time to use the internet, I hope he is experiencing the same internet woes) nearby.

Can you tell that I am so flipping mad? I have work assignments due and no internet line. So how am I doing this now? Waiting for my phone to have its best signal at 3am in the morning, and connecting my laptop to my phone, that’s what!

Give me back my money, TELEKOM MALAYSIA!!!
