Again, I had to order a salad for lunch with some salmon belly and salmon sashimi, whilst Tee and the Hubs ate whatever the hell they wanted to on the famous conveyor belt.
The salad was shredded radish and cucumber and carrot. The salmon belly was SO SALTY, I could have died there and then from a heart attack. Try scooping half a metric cup of sea salt neat into your mouth. THAT’s what it tasted like. I was going to return it but discovered that it tasted OK after dipping in hot udon soup. So I drowned all that salmon into the soup before it entered my body. Oh, it was gross.
What about the salmon sashimi? One of the Hubs’s client is the largest supplier of salmon sashimi in all of Malaysia and what I had today, was NOT salmon sashimi. It tasted and looked more like smoked salmon. It came in sealed packets of already sliced salmon and I was so, so disappointed. What can you expect? This is sushi king, not Kampachi. That was our last time at Sushi King AND Ikea for breakfast. Lunch at Ikea is OK, but not breakfast.
Another thing that irks me is false advertising. You know, when it looks so good in the photograph on the menu and then suddenly, you are faced with something entirely different?

This is the Salmon Belly on the menu. For a clearer picture, go to the menu link on the previous paragraph and scroll to page 16 (Sake Toro Kushi Yaki). Compare the large zoomed in photograph with what I was actually served:

OK, I had already eaten 2 pieces off the skewer but can you see the difference in size???
Now, go back to the menu on page 15 and have a CLOSE look at the salmon sashimi. Then compare it with this:

*faint* And that’s my second time fainting today.
The Hubs says I have high class taste buds. *ponders*
I don’t think so. I’m just used to what I’m used to. I can love a RM1 nasi lemak, for instance!
See? Even Tee disapproves……

Check back for our THIRD horrible meal of the day.

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

We’ve just had lunch or dinner (?) at Sushi King. Avoid having the Teriyaki Chicken Udon cos the soup is soooo salty!
I must admit the food does not have the standard it should! It does not have quality control!
Nothing feels worse than wasting a meal on BAD food!!
