Always last minute as usual, we scurried off to Decathlon Malaysia at Sri Damansara with huge prayer that we’d be able to find some winter boots for T2 because she grows out of her previous year’s boots every single year! Thank goodness that doesn’t happen with T1 and thank goodness I didn’t buy them Timberlands from the beginning because that would have thrown RM1,000 down the drain! We came that close. Phew.
Decathlon Malaysia is GREAT. Last year they were out of T2’s size and we had to travel all over KL to find boots her size but this year, they had all sizes amply. #Win! #DecathlonMalaysia
We had a fun time there exploring tons of sports equipment, they have everything under the sun, guys. The space is huge! And everything doesn’t cost a bomb so instead of going to get winter boots for T2 only, we ended up getting a pair of shorts for T1, 2 pairs of inner gloves for the Hubs and I (for extra extra warmth, y’know?), a pair of arm bands to keep my fat arms warm, a brand new extra large yoga mat because we intend to workout daily at the new house (built mirrors for it, it better happen!), a pair of ski pants for the Hubs, a floor foam softener knee guard for my knees and I can’t remember what else.
If you ever need anything to do with sports, go to Decathlon Malaysia. It is really so much fun in there and especially for kids, so much space to run around! A kids dream……but be warned that you will come out buying more than you’d gone in to buy! They have EVERYTHING, guys. EVERYTHING. You can buy surfboards and bicycles, even BOATS!!!
