Crap.

For me, double crap. I’ve tried doing this online for 4 weeks without success. One of my dearest readers took the time to write it all down for me step-by-step and I followed all her steps and still I cannot do it. I have gone to the Government Agency to do this manually without success.

Thank you SO MUCH to you who took the time and trouble to guide me through the SSM website in detail. Unfortunately, I think their server is wonky. When I did it yesterday, it came to a point just before I could pay the registration fee and the server hung. No amount of attempts allowed me to pay the registration fee. Mind you, it was only the registration fee to be a user of the SSM website, NOT the registration fee for the business. I haven’t even gotten THAT far. Today, the registration form shows up without titles nor instructions, but a series of blank boxes. So I can’t fill them in blindly without knowing what they are asking for. Can SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) please sort their website out????
