Refusal to wear pyjama sleepsuits

Both my babies have always refused to wear sleepsuits because they are Eskimo babies. We fight all the time about the temperature control in our home. They’re always too hot and I’m always too cold! They both never used blankets either. So much for all the money spent on sleep sacks – remember those?

Anyway, I get paranoid all the time that either of them would catch a cold (yes, even from hot and sunny Malaysia) because we live beside a jungle and even without the air-conditioning, it gets pretty chilly at night. So I insist on them wearing sleep suits (well, at least for T2) and wake up several times a night just to cover them up with their blankies.

But not without a lot of screams.

And just lately, T2 has learnt how to unbutton her sleep suits. Darn it. For such a skinny baby, she is pretty darn strong in pulling those buttons apart. One morning, I left her outside in the living room whilst I brushed my teeth and got ready and when I came out, I found her like this!

She obviously hates the sleep suit that much and tried removing it completely! Thank goodness, she isn’t strong enough to remove the buttons in front yet as they require a different angle of pulling apart. If I put on a 2 piece pyjamas, she will pull off her pants. She will pull down the rubber from her waist, then kick-kick-kick-kick-kick-wail-wail-wail-wail-wail until it comes off or someone removes it for her. She really likes her legs naked. How?

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.

A beautiful life without limits.

If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.

  1. yeah, Gab too so buy those zipper ones (i noticed T2 is wearing buttons one) sleepsuits/ bunny suits and then at the very top, i use a safety pin to “lock” it so she can’t pull the zip down. dunno if KL got those zipper ones but it’s damn convenient coz no need to button so many buttons.

  2. Philip has the same MC sleep suit… now he’s been upgradded to those shirt n pants type. why not get those ? cos no button involved and its pretty thick too. i dont hv to worry about the blanket at all..

  3. Hahahahahahaha.

    All I can say is:

    “Me Jane. Where Tarzan?” 😉

    How about some Nissen pants?

My gal’s out of sleepsuits already. And she hates socks!

  4. I too wake up several times a night to cover the boys with blanket eventhough they are already wearing PJs and socks. ?
