I have an architecture degree which I’m putting to no use although if I had to do it all over, I would still study architecture. Just because I felt that the Bartlett gave me the best form of education I could possibly have had from all those tears and soul bashing.
BUT.
If I ever pursued another degree later, I would probably do a degree in psychology. Psychology because I believe that in understanding the psyche of human behaviour, everything else falls into place. Also, from observation, many people in Malaysia have issues requiring the services of a psychologist. Since I’ve already been counseling friends since I was fifteen, I might as well be a professional in it. Join the Befrienders or something.
I would have to do an online degree though because realistically, as a mother, and since we’re planning for Tee #2, it is only practical that I do an online degree. Unless we migrate and the kids are a whole lot bigger, but even then.
I’ve done my research on online universities and capella university is one such online university that offers various programs in psychology.
