Having a helper is a constant job of reminding and reminding and reminding…..so much so that it becomes tiring. I keep telling myself that she is just here to perform the task and not to expect any brain power in remembering things *sigh*

Yet, a big part of me says, this is impossible. Surely, a brain can be trained into remembering!

So I take on the challenge, as an employer, as a motivator, as a mentor, in changing my helper’s brain!!!

I must give due credit that she is a very clean helper. I keep looking for signs of lazy work, signs of dust bunnies, signs of missed dirt…..I cannot find it. She is thorough in her cleaning and is perhaps the cleanest cleaner I have ever known. My bathroom is always white and spotless. My crystal vase is always clear. My lanai grills are always squeaky, for the first time ever!

Nobody is perfect.

And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
