Those of you who have been following this blog will know the problem we had with the helper’s washroom door a few months back. The original door was rotting slightly and we had to change the door before our new helper’s arrival. The Hubs got a contractor to install some fancy door without first getting a quote on it (can you believe it?) and I was so pissed because I felt that we should have just bought a RM100 door and be done with it. Why does our helper need anything more than that for a washroom door, it’s not like she will have a royal body to hide.
Anyway, just yesterday, he told me that the door cost RM1200!!!!!!!!!! We could have saved RM1000!!!!! With that price, we might as well have gotten one of those Ft Myers custom doors!!! I am so pissed!
