Whilst clearing out our study at home to make way for more space 2 weekends ago (I had wanted to go out with Tee and the Hubs to watch her perform her first official swimming lesson but the Hubs banned me from leaving the house), I discovered one of my very old diaries circa 2003 (which was the last year I had ever worked at the twin towers) and in it were some quotes written on the inside cover of my appointment diary. I guess you could say these quotes got me going in a very, very stressful work environment and I’d like to share them with you:

“If you cannot be the first, be the best. If you cannot be the first or/nor the best, be different!”

“It takes the HAMMER of persistence to drive the NAIL of success.”

“On the joy of life’s journey, keep your eyes upon the goal. Focus on the donut, not upon the hole….”

“We have no alternative but to face the future.”

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture.
