If I’m unlucky. Otherwise sooner, yay!
Yesterday, I told my Doctor that I was always starving and that I was going to die soon. Oh and before I forget, thank you for all your well wishes to my butt, I mean gut. All is well now. But I would still never recommend that place to anyone.
I told the Doctor that it’s been a great pregnancy due to my regular massages by the greatest masseuse in the world and it is so true. I don’t even have water retention! Which pregnant woman does not have even a little bit of water retention or swelling? Not me. I’m as fit as a normal person short of some lack of sleep due to being whale size and peeing five times a night.
The baby is growing fast and furious, getting stronger and kicking me as though I’M the football. No shit, Sherlock. I can feel it’s limbs and it really feels like an alien inside. It’s an abstract concept, this thing called life within you.
These 7 more weeks seems like forever. Because of my diabetes, I have to have a C-section as a safety precaution. Babies whose Moms are diabetic have organs that don’t grow at optimal levels thus a natural birth is possible risk to the baby as it’s organs may not be healthy enough to go through the traumatic though sometimes beautiful process of labour. The Doctor wants to wait for as long as possible though and I want it out as soon as possible. The longer baby is inside, the better her chances are of her organs developing till maturity. Tee had to have a special jab to safeguard her lungs before she came out. Actually, she has a pretty healthy set of lungs as displayed on her birth day – literally SCREAMING the entire hospital ward in announcing her arrival. She was probably overdosed with lung steroids.
Other than that, I’m feeling great and going shopping today! And we’re visiting Tee’s beloved Nana who’s just returned from a trip and possibly spending some hours Wii-ing.
I have so much to write about but with Tee on school holidays right now, BAH!!!
Oh, you know what my cheeky monkey told her piano teacher yesterday? She said that she is now in big school so she will have to stop piano lessons as she will take piano lessons at school. Luckily, her teacher had the sense to check with the Mom first as she was planning for Tee to perform a piano recital at this year’s musical concert. Wow! I wished the teacher good luck in training Tee to perform the piano on stage.
She also asked the Doctor what a colon was (to which I replied) and was so brave to walk 20 meters away from me to ask Starbucks staff for Strawberry jam because she did not like Marmalade, and then later, another trip to ask for extra whipped cream for her iced chocolate drink, after finishing the whipped cream that they’d sprayed on initially. They totally obliged and even asked her if she wanted chocolate sprinkles or anything else. She spoke in a brave, clear and loud authoritative voice and I was proud of her. I was proud that she knew how to ask for things clearly, not mumble, and confident enough to approach people to ask for things. I have told her that she always has to ask but it’s OK if she does not get it.
She gets it alright.
**************************************************************************Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.
Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.

If you’re still hunting for good NL… I know of one place in TTDI. but u hv to go pretty early in the morning. It’s a Indian type NL (not the sweetish Malay type), comes in a huge packet, abt RM2.50 a pop..not cheap..but it’s sooo good!
It’s at Jaipur (opp the KFC row). They also have the bestest crunchiest Vadai, and tomato chutney there. Gawwwddd…i sooo miss it!
