Of late, Tee has been thinking a lot about this new baby despite me not talking about it. She has asked that I wash all her old clothes and her old toys very clean so that when the baby comes out, she will think that it’s all brand new. And she has asked us all to keep it a secret that it’s not really new stuff that the baby is getting.

And then she said she had to go to Ikea to get some stuff. Huh? Which 4 year old tells you they need stuff from Ikea?

I asked, “What kind of stuff?”

“I need boxes.”

“Boxes for what?”

“For my stuff.”

“You have lots of boxes.”

“Those don’t fit.”

“Let’s organise your toys properly and I’m sure they’ll fit.”

“No. They won’t fit.”

“Fit what?”

“My doll house.”

“Why do you want to pack away your doll house?”

“Because when Baby comes out, she will put all the small parts into her mouth. We have to keep away the doll house so it is safe for Baby.”

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
