Recently, I decided to study again because well, I’d already grown a few businesses to success and bought a new house in my desired location and began renovating it and started exercising again, I needed something else to fuel my fire so I signed up to go back to University and it has been the best experience ever so much so that I decided that I would continue this line of challenge until such time when I grow out of it.
Firstly, I was possibly the least clever person on the entire course. I say that because working with an international pool of students that made up the MD of Mercedes Benz, some medical Doctors who worked for hospital boards, Russian Senior IT personnel for Adidas, an International Bank Advisor to Bank Boards in London, British Ogilvy Marketing Head in China, Irish Doctor in New York, Italian Manufacturing Owner, Hong Kong Lawyer, HR Director for a branded handbag chain in France (my favourite actually!!), so many big guns, guys. And there I was, Patsy Woo, unemployed.
It made me feel…..small. I was a nobody, but then I thought about the fact that I actually earned more than many of them so surely that meant something? I guess it depends how one’s position is valued. Whilst everyone was catching up with the course as a part-time affair on top of their full day job, I had all the time in the world.
Secondly, the language they used was really high level. It forced me to up my game seriously. I could no longer type and speak as per my normal day to day lingo when I talk to my friends and Moms. I had to use more serious words but it felt good! I felt challenged and it was an ego boost to have my views heard and challenged too!
One of the fellow students told me that he’d attended an MIT course before this Cambridge course and found the Cambridge one much more valuable for the dynamic set of individuals that set the tone of the course through our daily active discussions, whereas in MIT, the tutor taught daily and everyone just absorbed without active discussion. At Cambridge, we were challenging each other day after day. I don’t think I used my brain so much in a long, long time. Thank goodness, I still have one!
I learnt so much. Thank you, God, for pushing me to do this. I thought I’d lost myself dealing with women for almost 5 years. I needed this to know where I truly stand and now I do. I am home.

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
