Every field of work requires good project managers in order to complete projects within the stipulated time frame and budget constraints; be it the completion of a new building or a formation of a new nursing team. A good project manager is always on the ball, knows how to chase people day-in day-out, knows the law and does frequent spot checks. He is also astute in cost cutting measures and possess all round shrewdness.
In the past, I used to be brainwashed into believing that you would only do well if you graduate from a reputable university but now as an adult, I don’t believe that at all. I know some people from Harvard who are completely brainless and some people who never went to University whom I totally look up to because they are so incredibly sharp!
