The first time I ever saw a Gift Card was when this lady above, an old partner of the Hubs’s wife, presented a toy gift card to Tee. She loved Tee when we were in the States and she took very good care of Tee. She ended up giving this gift card to Tee for no reason whatsoever, just because she liked her, and they had only met for a weekend! And it was a US Dollar gift card! Woot!

It was great, because off we trotted into the toy store to pick and choose her loot to make up the amount of the gift card.

Some people don’t know of gift cards or may not even like them but it is a very popular concept because the person you are presenting the gift card to may as well get him or herself something that they would really like, cherish and find useful!!! Don’t you think? I know I would certainly like a gift card more than anything and what more, we even save on wrapping paper! There goes the wrapping paper business.
