In today’s world, many of the soaps and shower gels we use have unnecessary added chemicals and preservatives that are harmful to our bodies. Everything we apply actually penetrates into our blood stream and over time, parabens and many other harmful chemicals actually contribute to cancer. After losing my Mom to cancer and being in a high risk category, I am determined to make my household as ‘clean’ and purist as I can manage. One of the many, many ways apart from educating my kids about healthy and clean eating is the elimination of commercial and store bought products.

I attended a truly fun home made body wash class a couple of weeks ago and decided to conduct one myself this time. With help from the experts of course! I’ll let the pics tell a story…..

After an hour, the little ones got bored already. The attention span couldn’t cut it – LOL!!!

My business partners came to support me, as forced.

Whilst the adults continues with the workshop, the kid had other plans and played bus driver.
