Unfortunately, my Mother has cancer and although many cancers are curable (as in they go into remission or get removed once and for all), hers isn’t.
She has been suffering since the day I got married. Wow, that sure seems like a long time ago and it actually is.
Thank you, God. Thank you, the Universe. Thank you, Your Excellency. Thank you, Higher Being.
No doubt Mom has been suffering excruciatingly mind, body and soul for almost 12 years now and lost 10-15 kilos from that, but she is alive. And for that, I am grateful.
My will is for her to continue this strife despite how easy it is to give up. My strength (which I got from her, mind you!) is for her to draw from in any time of need. My bloody hard work is for her to know that all will be well. My faith in the Heavens silently shouts out to her to bask in the glory of sunshine before leaving this world with a smiling heart and that is my wish more than anything else for her, to know that the three of us will not only be just fine but complete with a balanced kind of raging euphoria and a sense of peaceful contentment. And that no matter what, we will be holding our hands together, even if continents apart. Really.
In those days, there were no such things as clinical trials such as CureLauncher where illnesses got matched with a clinical trials database or we would have considered that. Instead we consulted with various Doctors around the world to no favour. Who knows where we would be today?
Nevertheless, I am so eternally grateful for my Mother’s existence in my life. She never belonged to me, merely an Angel that was placed to protect and guide, and what a marvelous job she did, huh? If I may say so myself :-p
Thank you, my majestic Mom. I love you. We love you. Your legacy began quite a while ago.

She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
