OK, I just love shopping. That’s the real reason I bought a new pair of running shoes. Did you know that Nike and Adidas are fashion shoes but not serious running shoes. Talk to a professional runner and they’ll tell you. I never knew! So what are real running shoes? Apparently the brand Asics do the best running shoes and New Balance are quite known too. So out I went in hunt for proper running shoes. It wasn’t easy finding Asics in KL, so in the end I got a high end Mizuno.

The first few times I went on with my Mizzies, I had a blister between my big toe and my second toe on the right foot. The next time, I tried stuffing a tissue in between the toes. That didn’t work. Finally, the genius of the Hubs that I have, suggested I rubbed some Vaseline in between those toes before I ran and voila, it worked!

I’m telling you, my husband is genius. So genius that he bought me an LV bag for Mother’s Day. Definite BJ’s for the year. Woot!

Not to mention, I also have the best treadmill in the world. It is known to have the best cushioning and with my problem knees and heavy weight, my knees didn’t give way throughout my run today. Double woot!

But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
