Lifestyle change for Mamapumpkin

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

With all the healthy and weightloss pressure that’s going on in blogosphere from TBG and JoMel, I am now subjecting myself to a public pledge for a lifestyle change. It really is about fucking time now that I have my own personal treadmill.

So…….

The plan is to lose 20 kilos. The reward for the first 10 kilos lost would be a RM13,000 Chanel bag *hint, hint…..Babe, are you reading this?* and the reward for the second 10 kilos lost would be a RM13,000 five cluster diamond ring. Talk about motivation. Actually, I would also settle for a whole new wardrobe of beautiful clothes, shoes and handbags.

Gosh, I am SO shallow.

Anyway, as of today, sorry, I meant as of NOW, Mamapumpkin pledges that she will :-

  1. No longer have coffee, hot drinks, juice, anything else sweet apart from H20 every single day but will limit herself to 2-3 sugary kurang manis drinks in a week. Fair? This means that within 7 days, I will consume close to 10 litres (hopefully more) of pure WATER with up to 1 litre of sugary drinks.
  2. Workout AT LEAST FOUR times a week for a one hour stretch (5 km on the treadmill or a yoga class)
  3. Eat consciously and write down her daily food intake
  4. Resist the temptation of ice-cream, chocolate and cake and if she REALLY had to, a teeny-weeny minute portion of a cubic centimeter, just for taste. Aiyo……….this will be my biggest challenge, by far.
  5. Stop eating carbohydrates after 6pm and eat minimal carbs during the day.
  6. Eat more fruit and vegetables
  7. Consciously watch her dairy intake – milk, butter and cheese……Oh God, I think my body will go into shock!
  8. Have more sex

So today, I had one cup portion of Almond Nut Crunch cereal with a banana, a full portion of chicken chop with half a cup of french fries and a few mouthfuls of Tee’s leftover fried rice, 2 glasses of lime barley which was pretty sweet, half an avocado and 2 small sandwiches (4 slices grainy bread that were 3×3 inches) with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. That’s it.

Exercise? Zilch. I slept at 5am last night so for the most of today, I was a walking zombie.

Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.

Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.

She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.

A beautiful life without limits.

If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.
Show your support and spread the love!
