This year I have a mission, and that is to lose some weight. I have to lose at LEAST 5 kilos but if possible, more. However, I also realise how busy I am with work and the lack of exercise so I am kind to myself. If I can lose 5 kilos and keep it off, next year, we’ll go for another 5. I have started attending an Eat Well Class at Fit For 2 and it is the BEST thing that’s ever happened to me. Really!!!
I have been to other similar type support groups before and I’ve tried various ways to lose weight but nothing has inspired me more than the Eat Well Class at Fit For 2. I know exactly how and why it has worked for me too. The Eat Well Expert, she practises The Tipping Point psychology. Everything in baby steps with baby goals conveyed in a non-threatening way and psychologically creative thus I am confident that this time round, it will work for me.
In fact, I have learnt so much that I now can be an Eat Well Coach! Seriously, I am coaching and inspiring my own girls to eat well and it is working!!! I can even coach you, haha! But to be fair, let me perform some results first. I swear though, even though I haven’t lost my 5 kilos yet, I am SO GRATEFUL to the Eat Well Expert at Fit For 2 because for the first time in my LIFE, I am inspired to lose weight in a way like never before and I have learnt SO MUCH about nutrition and healthy eating and just exactly how I will be losing that 5 kilos. It isn’t rocket science yet you need that special person to pull it all together. And Fit For 2 has managed to do just that.

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
